Venue pricing is based on a 12-hour rental, including setup time. Access begins at 12:00 p.m. and the latest event end time is 12:00 a.m.
Every event is unique, and pricing varies depending on the date, guest count, and services you select. Contact us for a personalized quote that includes our curated media and catering enhancements — our dedicated Venue Manager will respond within 24 hours.

To ensure an uncompromising standard of culinary excellence, Sterling Events Venue exclusively manages all food, beverage, and equipment services through our hand-selected professional partners. In accordance with North Carolina ALE regulations, all alcoholic beverages must be provided and served by our licensed staff. Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Yes. Minimum costs for food and beverage are based on groups of 150 guests or more Sunday through Friday, and 200 guests or more on Saturdays. We do our best to accommodate smaller functions when possible.
Yes, a 20% service fee is added to all events. It is charged to the food & beverage costs only, not the full total.
Final guest count and all final details must be submitted to your Account Executive 14 days prior to your event.
Final payment is due 7 days prior to your event. Payment can be made via cash, check, ACH, or credit card. Please note all credit card payments incur a 4% processing fee.
There are no refunds due to event cancellation. Your initial 50% deposit secures your event date permanently on our calendar. We offer no refunds or date exchanges — there are no exceptions to this policy.
Yes, we host private tastings on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tastings are complimentary for up to four guests for clients who have already booked and paid the 50% non-refundable deposit.
Yes, the dressing room is included in the rental price. It may be used from 12:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. on the day of the event. A member of Sterling Events Venue staff will be present during these hours.
Sterling coordinates all additional rentals (specialty linens, chairs, dance floor, lighting, etc.) through our preferred suppliers. Clients are responsible for personal details such as:
- •Centerpieces
- •Photos and candles
- •Signage and table numbers
- •Place cards and guest book
- •Favors and signature exit
All items must be removed the night of the event. Tape, staples, or nails on venue walls are not permitted.
The following are not permitted:
- •Sparklers and cold sparklers
- •Wish lanterns
- •Rose petals for ceremony throwing
- •Glitter and confetti
- •Candles without votives
- •Fog machines
- •Command hooks and tape

Our beverage department has curated specific items for each bar package and does not offer substitutions. However, we can provide quotes for additional spirits, wines, or beers. Your Sales Executive can assist with this.
