Who we are

This website is operated by Sterling Events Venue, LLC, a sister company of La Noticia Inc., located at 4300 Monroe Rd Ste B, Charlotte, NC 28205, United States. This policy applies to this website and to the inquiry forms it contains.

Information we collect

When you submit our contact or tour-request forms, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, event details (type, date, estimated guest count) and any message you include.

If you arrive from one of our advertising campaigns, we may also record the campaign parameters (UTM tags) associated with your visit.

Through analytics cookies (see "Cookies and analytics" below) we collect technical usage data such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule tours, prepare quotes and manage your event. When you submit a form we also send you a transactional confirmation email.

We send marketing communications (promotions, news about the venue) only if you check the marketing opt-in box on the form. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every marketing email.

How we share your information

Sterling is part of the La Noticia family of companies and your contact information is stored in a customer database shared within the group, under the same consent choices you made.

We use trusted service providers to operate the site: Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery), Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (bot protection on our forms). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

In production, this site uses Google Analytics (and, when enabled, Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies that generate aggregate usage statistics.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our forms are also protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs an automated check to block spam bots and may set a Cloudflare cookie when you pass it.

Data retention and security

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve your event and meet our legal obligations, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time, by writing to privacy@sterlingeventsvenue.com.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
